About the broker and our brokerage.

Proud supporter of our military families! Ann Margaret started out in property management in 1985 right out of high school and continued in property management in the private & public sectors working both scattered sites with multi-unit properties, condominiums, housing/low income properties, & apartment complexes.
Experience: Housing Authority of the City of Austin (HACA) for a few years as a housing manager before receiving a real estate license in 1999. Worked for a major brokerage to gain experience & knowledge before starting several brokerages in Austin and Killeen, in late 2001 with a partnering broker, went on to received a broker’s license in 2004, at which time brokered & managed two real estate companies, & a property management company, to include staff & agents.
Current ambitions are to utilize my MAT degree in Teaching & real world knowledge in day to day business aspects to train, team building, goal setting, & employee motivation.
In addition to a MAT degree she hold a BSBA from Columbia College in business admin, with a major in business & HR mgmt. which has helped me analyze the changing trends in today’s markets & provide much experience & knowledge to our clients & customers & their needs when it comes to buying selling, or investing in real estate. A member of the NAR, TAR, and ABOR.
